1. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier logistics, weather, public holidays, or address issues beyond our control.
3. Shipping Fees
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order size/weight.
- We offer free shipping on orders above ₦170,000.00 within Lagos.
- Any applicable shipping fee will be clearly displayed before you complete payment.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details (where available) via email/SMS/WhatsApp. You can also check your order status on our [Track Order] page using your order number and email/phone.
5. Packaging
All fragrances and beauty products are carefully packaged to prevent damage or leakage during transit, including protective wrapping and secure sealing for glass items.
6. Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the package, additional delivery charges may apply for re-shipment. Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate at checkout.
7. Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us at orders@perfumista.ng/09071921444 with your order number, and we will investigate with our courier partner. If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will offer a replacement or full refund.
